The Borg T4's smart software controls your heat pump. This makes sure sustainably generated and purchased energy is optimally stored and used. Stored when the energy is cheap and drawn from the buffer tank when it's expensive. Your own little energy company. Clean and sustainable. And the profits? You can pocket these yourself.

What components does the Borg T4 consist of?

Through clever interaction between the various components of the Borg, your home draws heat from the buffer tank when electricity prices are high. The buffer tank is charged with heat at sunny and windy times, in other words, at times of low prices. And the great thing is it's all automatic!

Borg home

The heat battery contains approximately 4000 liters of water. That is an enormous storage facility, measuring around 4x3x2 meters (lxwxh). Luckily, it is out of sight, underground! Your heat pump converts electricity into heat, which you store in the battery. Whenever you want, you use the heat from your buffer.

The connection set consists of two boxes that together make sure the heat battery, the heat pump, and the home are in close connection. The central hub! A low-pressure connection set that is always placed somewhere on the ground floor - and a high-pressure connection set that can be placed wherever you want. For example, in the attic.

The wiring harness is the underground connection between the buffer and the low-pressure connection set. It contains all the sensors, water, and power lines necessary for communication between these components.

The Borg Control Box is a smart and predictive controller. It receives its strategy from the cloud and issues commands to the heat pump and heat battery. The data it uses as input are the weather forecast, dynamic electricity prices, and knowledge about the heat demand of the house in a certain (expected) weather type.

In an app on your phone, you can see how full the buffer is, and how much money you have saved.

The Borg at my home

What is involved in installing the Borg? What part of it is visible in my home? And - regarding the buffer tank - what exactly is hidden from view?

All materials arrive
THE SITE WHERE THE BUFFER WILL BE LOCATED HAS BEEN PREPARED BY THE LAND COMPANY
THE BUFFER TANK IS PUT IN PLACE
UNDER THE FOUNDATION, GARDEN OR DRIVEWAY
A CONCRETE SLAB HOLDS THE BUFFER IN PLACE AND ALLOWS WEIGHT TO BE APPLIED TO IT
AFTER THIS, IT CAN BE PAVED AND THE BUFFER TANK DISAPPEARS FROM VIEW
The buffer is outside underground
The low-pressure connection set is always placed on the ground floor
The high-pressure connection set can be placed wherever you want
ALWAYS A COZY TEMPERATURE

Step 1 - QuickScan and reserve

Do the QuickScan and find out in a few questions whether the Borg suits your circumstances. If it does, just fill in the reservation form.

With the deposit of € 200, your Borg is scheduled to be delivered in 2024!

This deposit will of course be subtracted from the price of the Borg. If - for whatever reason - it doesn't come to a deal, you get € 100 back.

We expect to deliver your Borg starting in the third quarter of 2024.

Step 2 - Inventory Interview and quote

We will contact you for an online technical consultation: the Borg Inventory Interview.

Our expert checks if it is technically feasible, answers your questions, discusses where the buffer and connection set can be placed, etc.

Is it feasible and do you want to proceed? Then we will prepare a quote. We work together with Borg-certified parties in your region for the ground and installation work.

Note: in the coming months our focus is entirely on engineering. We will contact you in Q2 of 2024 for the Borg Inventory Interview!

Step 3 - Ordering and delivery

Quote signed? You have officially ordered your Borg!

The Borg project manager is your go-to for questions. We keep you updated and are open to questions towards the moment of installation of your Borg!
